EPIC was first implemented nearly 20 years ago to help submit data securely and provide access to Employer Policy Discretions, Membership Statistics and in the past was used to store the Ill Health documentation and costing system.

Due to the successful implementation of Employer Hub and, moving documents onto the Employer Pages of the SYPA Website, we will be closing the EPIC System on 16th May 2025.

We are currently working on updating the Employer pages of the Website and implementing improvements to Employer Hub.
