• Please note: When booking your telephone appointment, we require 2 days notice for our staff to prepare for the appointment.

• To book your appointment please click the date/time using the calendar opposite. At the next stage select:
» Book Now, then
» Enter your details and select Next
» Review appointment details and place booking.

• If successful, you will see a confirmation message appear on screen. You will also receive an email notification and a reminder 1 day prior to your Appointment.
